RSM audited the accompanying consolidated financial statements of Rochester Area Foundation and Affiliates, which comprise the consolidated statements of financial position as of December 31, 2022, the related consolidated statements of activities and changes in net assets, and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the consolidated financial statements (collectively, financial statements).
